Because it’s not just about being the loudest voice or having a fancy title—it’s about stepping up to meet the moment. Join us for a roundtable discussion on leadership and its many forms, including the magic that happens when the leaders of today and tomorrow come together. In this session, our faculty and staff from some of the many offices that directly support our campus community will share how Wellesley students hone their leadership skills both inside and outside of the classroom.
October 5, 7:00pm—9:00pm ET: Amplify Your Voice: In Your College Application Ever wonder what exactly goes on after you hit the submit button on your application? Yes, it’s real-life humans reading your application! Join our admission team as we pull back the curtain on the college admission process through a case study and give you a behind the scenes look of how we actually read applications. Then connect directly with an admission counselor for a live Q&A—ask questions, get personalized advice, and take the lead in your college journey…and don’t forget to hit submit when it’s done!
October 26, 7:00pm—8:00pm ET: Amplify Your Voice: In the Financial Aid Process If words like CSS, FAFSA, AGI, and EFC have got you going 😵💫—don’t worry, you’re not alone! We know a thing or two, and we’re here to help! In this session, Student Financial Services experts will dive into financial aid lingo and application basics so that you can dazzle your friends and thwart your enemies as you explain the FAFSA. Along the way, you’ll learn about tools like Wellesley’s MyIntuition calculator, a free and simple, six-question cost-estimator tool, which might show you that a Wellesley education is more affordable than you think!. Half informational, half Q&A—all here for you, this is your space to ask questions, gain clarity, and take the lead in managing your college finances.
November 9, 7:00pm—8:00pm ET: Amplify Your Voice: For Your Future at Wellesley and Beyond It's a privilege. And it’s a responsibility too. It’s leadership, after all.
